I'm always amazed at the colors greeting me in the garden. Look at this Swiss chard: pale pink to ruby red. Our current favorite preparation is to saute in olive oil, garlic, jalapeƱos with salt and pepper. Maybe a little red wine vinegar splash. Eat on toast. Isn't everything good on toast?
