I didn't know it was possible to microwave a whole spaghetti squash until tonight when my husband did it. He poked holes in it, cooked for 6 minutes, and let it cool. Then he cut it in half and took the seeds out in one big bunch. So easy. We topped with cooked lentils, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan.
