Pok choy from the garden -> stir fry ramen! This one also has broccoli, red and yellow peppers, spring onions, spinach and grilled steak.

My Pok choi plants were starting to bolt, so I picked a bunch! Even though I thought it was a lot, it shrinks down! *Tip: add lots and lots of greens at the end of cooking, so they make an impact!
